The magnificent flavors of the Aegean sea and nature have been transformed into a feast you can’t get enough of in the masterful hands of the chefs of Sabrinas Haus for years. Sabrinas Kitchen, the hotel’s main restaurant, serves lunch and dinner to all our guests. At Sabrinas Kitchen, you will experience a gastronomic feast with appetizers made from local herbs of the Aegean region, olive oil dishes and fish menus served with the chef’s special fish cooking method. Our restaurant is open every day during the summer from 12:00 noon to 00:00 pm. Guests visiting outside of the hotel are welcomed with reservations.
